Sales Fee Schedule​

Fees calculated from the main price - Net selling price to which is added the amount of fees charged to the seller (unless otherwise stipulated in the mandate)

Rate applicable on January 1, 2026 – Calculation by non-cumulative tranches – VAT 20%

Apartments – Houses

​

Up to €100,000: 10% including VAT

From €100,001 to €150,000: 8% including VAT

From €150,001 to €200,000: 7% including VAT

From €200,001 to €400,000: 6% including VAT

Beyond €400,000: 5% including VAT

​

In the event of the signing of a sales mandate entrusted to APPARTAIXQUIS and the effective execution of the transaction through our intermediary, these fees will be fully deducted from the transaction fees payable by the seller.
