Low season (November 1st till April 30th) :  Week 750 € (1000€ during Christmas period) / Month 2 600 €*

High season (may 1st till august 31st) :  Week 1 000 € / Month 3 400 €

7 nights minimum stay - Refundable deposit for a stay less than 30 days : 500€ and from 30 days : 1000€

For stays up to 90 days, linen is provided : sheets + towels + bath mat + towels

Final cleaning is included in the price for stays less than or equal to 14 nights.

Cleaning and laundry service are not provided during stays

For a lease of more than 90 days, we suggest you to contract a mobility lease for a maximum of 10 months :
