Low season (november 1st till april 30th :  Week 1000 € (1150€ during Christmas period) / Month 3000 €*

7 nights minimum stay - Refundable deposit for a stay less than 30 days : 750€ and from 30 days : 1500€

For stays up to 90 days, linen is provided : sheets + towels + bath mat + towels

Final cleaning is included in the price for stays less than or equal to 14 nights.

Cleaning and laundry service are not provided during stays

For a lease of more than 90 days, we suggest you to contract a mobility lease for a maximum of 10 months :
